Accurate Elemental Analysis
Custom handheld LIBS analyzer for measuring lithium in lithium ore, rocks and brines. Factory-calibrated for lithium in pegmatite, clay and mica, including relevant major elements within the 350–675 nm spectral range. SciAps also offers the Z-903 Lithium Analyzer, equipped with a second optical chamber that extends the analysis range to 210 nm, allowing users to test additional elements in brines, including boron, magnesium, calcium and potassium.
Intuitive Operation
The Android operating system and app-based software ensure reliable quality testing for every operator. Built-in WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS functionality allow users to print results, send emails and connect to nearly any information management system for full-featured reporting. Automatic integration of XRF and LIBS testing with the SciAps Cloud Service enables easy operational management from anywhere.
Designed for Field and Laboratory Use
SciAps LIBS series handheld analyzers weigh only 3.5 lbs (1.6 kg with battery). An internal camera enables precise positioning of analysis points; a macro camera is used to capture sample photos and read barcodes and QR codes. The patented “sample sensor” allows Class 1 operation (subject to LSO approval). A high-resolution rear-mounted display ensures easy viewing. The rugged metal casing ensures maximum durability, while a tapered narrow probe tip enables testing in hard-to-reach locations. User-replaceable argon costs just a few cents per test and supports hundreds of analyses. Paired with Profile Builder software for PC or tablet, it delivers full desktop-level functionality.
