
The X-200 XRF is one of SciAps’ most cost-effective models, delivering outstanding performance-to-price ratio. It is equipped with a high-performance SDD detector and features highly optimized geometry between the X-ray source and detector. Meanwhile, it offers improved heat dissipation, reduced weight and enhanced durability. Running on the Android operating system with integrated Wi-Fi connectivity, the instrument enables high-speed operation, seamless connectivity and efficient data management similar to a smartphone.
Element range: Standard configuration covers 36 elements from Mg to U, including Mg, Al, Si, P, S, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Y, Se, Zr, Nb, Mo, Ru, Pd, Ag, Au, Cd, Pb, Bi, Sn, Sb, W, Ta, Hf, Re. Additional elements can be added according to customer requirements.

5. Cooling: Equipped with a Peltier thermostatic cooling system, keeping the detector operating at -20 °C to ensure measurement accuracy and immunity to ambient temperature interference.
6. Electronics: 14-bit ADC, 80 MSPS sampling rate, 8K-channel MCA; high-speed USB 2.0 data transmission to the main processor. FPGA-implemented digital filtering for high-throughput pulse processing (peak time: 50 ns – 24 μs).
7. Display: Integrated body design for improved dustproof, anti-fog and waterproof performance; fixed display with no rotating parts, low failure rate. Industrial-grade high-resolution 5-inch smart touchscreen with PowerVR SGX540, adopting white-light display technology with no LCD altitude effect. 10.X-ray Spot Diameter at Measuring Point: 3.5mm. The small spot improves the detection performance of small samples, and no additional collimator or adapter is required for weld inspection.
