Recently, Egyptian customer Mohsen Khater visited Kunshan Soohow Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. for exchange and reached cooperation on the direct reading spectrometer FS500. As a national-level high-tech enterprise, Soohow Instrument has won customer recognition with the excellent performance of FS500 in the field of metal material analysis.
FS500 adopts a 500mm ultra-long focal length optical system and CCD full-spectrum direct reading technology, supporting a 130–800nm wide spectral range. The single detection time is only 15–30 seconds with an accuracy better than 1%, suitable for element analysis of steel, non-ferrous metals, and other materials, particularly excelling in nitrogen and oxygen detection.
This collaboration exemplifies China-Egypt technology cooperation. Soohow Instrument has previously deepened engagement with the African market through the "Belt and Road" platform, with products widely applied in aviation, energy, petrochemical, and other sectors. The FS500’s efficient detection capabilities will enhance Egyptian clients’ metal material quality control efficiency and drive local industrial upgrading.
Since its establishment in 2012, Soohow Instrument has secured 74 patents and served leading enterprises such as Baosteel and China Railway. This partnership further underscores its strategic positioning of "technology leadership and global service," providing critical technical support for the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.
