Technological Breakthroughs Empower Diverse Scenarios
The FS500 adopts a 500mm focal length optical system and 16-channel CCD full-spectrum technology, with a wavelength coverage of 130-800nm. It can simultaneously detect dozens of elements across ten types of metal matrices including iron, aluminum, magnesium, and copper, achieving detection limits at the ppm level. Its core application scenarios cover three major dimensions: raw material incoming inspection, production process control, and final product inspection and traceability.
Innovative Design Enhances Practical Performance
The instrument features a vacuum optical chamber maintained at 33℃±0.1℃ with an intermittent vacuum system, limiting daily vacuum pump operation to less than 10 minutes to effectively isolate dust interference. The open spark stand accommodates 20kg heavy samples and complex geometric samples, with argon consumption as low as 60ml/min in standby mode. The WinLab 10 software supports one-click standardization, automatic optical path calibration, and multi-matrix expansion, with an operation interface that aligns with Office habits to reduce personnel training costs.
During the exhibition, Kunshan Soohow Instrument's booth attracted attention from international buyers including India and Russia. Technical demonstrations and case sharing confirmed the breakthrough value of domestic high-end detection equipment in the foundry and die-casting fields.
