This capability supports lubricant element analysis, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance for wind energy equipment. The PQ300 series Ferromagnetic Index Analyzer utilized electromagnetic induction principles to precisely detect ferromagnetic debris, completing data acquisition in 7 seconds to provide abnormal wear alerts for critical components like gearboxes and generators. The PF100 Iron Quantifier achieved 3-second/sample rapid testing through magnetic detection technology, facilitating on-site oil sample analysis. The SLPC300 Particle Counter employed light extinction principles to cover a particle size range of 0.8-600μm, meeting hydraulic system cleanliness monitoring requirements. Meanwhile, the VS series Viscosity Meters enabled rapid on-site evaluation of lubricant viscosity through precision temperature control and fast measurement technologies.
