On October 25, 2019, the China Association of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China Aerospace Materials Research Institute, China New Materials Testing and Evaluation Alliance, Aviation Industry Testing and Welding Personnel Qualification Certification Management Center, China Aerospace Testing and Welding Personnel Qualification Certification Management Center, Material Testing and Evaluation Aviation Technology Key Laboratory, and Aviation Materials Testing and Evaluation Beijing Key Laboratory were established The 5th Aviation Physical and Chemical Testing Technology Academic Conference was held in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China, hosted by the Materials Testing and Evaluation Professional Committee of the Science and Technology Committee of the Beijing Aeronautical Materials Research Institute of China Aviation Development Corporation, and organized by the Testing Center of the Beijing Aeronautical Materials Research Institute of China Aviation Development Corporation, the Aviation Industry Failure Analysis Center, the China Aviation Industry Failure Analysis Center, and the China Commercial Aircraft Machinery Failure Analysis Center. Soohow Instrument brought a new generation product, the oil analyzer OIL5000 and the full spectrum direct reading spectrometer FS500, to attend this conference.

The purpose of this conference is to combine the demand for analysis and testing technology in the development process of key defense materials in China, focus on the scientific and technological progress of key defense materials such as aviation and aerospace, promote innovation in key material technologies, core equipment, and industries, and promote the development and application of physical and chemical testing technology for key defense materials. Famous domestic and foreign physical and chemical experts and scientific and technological workers are invited to give special presentations at the conference, Discuss and exchange ideas on the progress and application of physical and chemical testing technology for key defense materials.
